Se emplean estrategias de investigaci\u00f3n-acci\u00f3n, cuya finalidad fundamental es mejorar la acci\u00f3n, porque nuestro objetivo es solventar los problemas identificados con una visi\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de la realidad. en esta investigaci\u00f3n se muestran las insuficiencias y limitaciones del proceso de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje pr\u00e1ctico-cl\u00ednico en los estudios de enfermer\u00eda, construidas a partir de los actores que participan en ellas. los resultados permiten establecer que los tres grandes ejes que determinan y condicionan el desarrollo del aprendizaje pr\u00e1ctico-cl\u00ednico en estudiantes de enfermer\u00eda en nuestro entorno asistencial son: colaboraci\u00f3n, tutorizaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n, y por lo tanto se convierten en los ejes de intervenci\u00f3n. se propone una herramienta de mejora basada en las tics, la cual implica a estudiantes, docentes y gestores en una e-comunidad de pr\u00e1ctica, dentro de un rol participativo y no
