Tambi\u00e9n se exponen los resultados obtenidos en el estudio inicial de la reacci\u00f3n en cascada de carbociclaci\u00f3n de tosilatos proparg\u00edlicos con anillos arom\u00e1ticos promovida por un catalizador de oro (i). en el primer cap\u00edtulo se presenta el primer ejemplo de reacci\u00f3n de yodocarbociclaci\u00f3n en la modalidad menos habitual 5-endo-dig de compuestos 1,3-dicarbon\u00edlicos sobre alquinos promovida por yodo molecular. Esta metodolog\u00eda permite acceder a alquenos tetrasustituidos tras derivatizaci\u00f3n de los carbociclos obtenidos mediante reacciones de acoplamiento cruzado. en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se exponen los resultados del estudio de la reacci\u00f3n enantioselectiva de yodocarbociclaci\u00f3n 5-endo-dig de \u00edY-ceto\u00e9steres sobre alquinos catalizada por sc(otf)3 en presencia de un ligando quiral de tipo pybox, empleando nis como fuente de iones yodonio. Adem\u00e1s se muestran los estudios mecanisticos iniciales que permiten arrojar luz sobre los intermedios que participan en la reacci\u00f3n as\u00ed como el papel clave de la estructura de los sustratos y el disolvente en la transmisi\u00f3n de quiralidad. en el tercer cap\u00edtulo se presenta el estudio inicial de la reacci\u00f3n de biciclaci\u00f3n de tosilatos proparg\u00edlicos que contienen un anillo arom\u00e1tico que act\u00faa como nucle\u00f3filo, en un proceso catalizado por el sistema ipraucl\/agbf4.
