De las tres especies estudiadas, dos son muy frecuentes en nuestro medio (t. Mentagrophytes y m. Canis) y la tercera, menos pat\u00f3gena y de escasa incidencia (t. Erinacei). Con el microscopio electr\u00f3nico de barrido se estudiaron comparativamente los \u00f3rganos reproductores (macro y microconidios) mientras que con el microscopio electr\u00f3nico de transmisi\u00f3n se analiz\u00f3, fundamentalmente, la ultraestructura del micelio, en especial los espacios interseptales y el propio septo. los resultados de este trabajo revelaron la existencia de diferencias morfol\u00f3gicas ultraestructurales entre las dos especies de trichophyton (v. Mentagrophytes y v. Erinacei) como es la presencia exclusiva de hifas espirales en la v. Mentagrophytes. Sin embargo, la ultraestructura de los microconidios fue similar en ambas especies aunque el poro septal apareci\u00f3 m\u00e1s evidente y activo en la v. Mentagrophytes que en la v. Erinacei. En el m. Canis, la microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido fue esencial para reconocer el aspecto exclusivo, algodonoso, de los macroconidios mientras la ultraestructura pon\u00eda de manifiesto la mayor complejidad y plasticidad de las hifas, sobre todo del poro septal, en el m. Canis y en el t. Mentagrophytes en comparaci\u00f3n con la v. Erinacei, pero sin que se pueda asociar las caracter\u00edsticas morfol\u00f3gicas ultraestructurales a una mayor o menor patogenicidad de las especies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
