Este objetivo se puede lograr mediante el uso de nanotrasportadores polim\u00e9ricos. El quitosano es un pol\u00edmero biocompatible muy \u00fatil en la preparaci\u00f3n de este tipo de nanotrasportadores. En esta tesis doctoral se describe la s\u00edntesis de copol\u00edmeros de injerto de peg y quitosano (cs-g-peg) para la obtenci\u00f3n de nanotransportadores de f\u00e1rmacos con elevada estabilidad y de utilidad en el transporte activo de f\u00e1rmacos a c\u00e9lulas o tejidos diana. Asimismo, se han desarrollado m\u00e9todos r\u00e1pidos y fiables para la caracterizaci\u00f3n mediante 1h-rmn de quitosano (grado de acetilaci\u00f3n), cs-g-peg (grado de sustituci\u00f3n) y otros pol\u00edmeros en general (adici\u00f3n de agentes paramagn\u00e9ticos). Adem\u00e1s, se ha estudiado la din\u00e1mica y agregaci\u00f3n de quitosano y quitosano-g-peg mediante rmn y otras t\u00e9cnicas como reolog\u00eda, fluorescencia y dispersi\u00f3n de
