El desarrollo de este tipo de dispositivos es de vital import\u00e1ncia en biomedicina, en particular en el campo de deiagn\u00f3stico de patolog\u00edas. A pesar de que muchos dsipositivos parecidos a los desarrollados estan disponibles en el mercado, muchos de ellos presentan ciertas limitaciones que deben ser resueltas. Por este motivo, hemos enfocvado nuestro trabajo en la resoluci\u00f3n de dichas limitaciones. En primer lugar, hemos fabricado, caracterizado y probado unos nuevos chips de microsc\u00ed\u00b2p\u00eda de fuerza at\u00f3mica (puntas afiladas, puntas planas nanoestructurales y micropipetas) aportando buenos resultados y ofreciendo ventajas respecto a los dispositivos ya existentes. En segundo lugar, hemos desarrollado una nueva t\u00e9cnica para la fabricaci\u00f3n de patrones de micro\/nanoestructuras de polipirrol conductor a gran escala, llenando una vac\u00edo que esxist\u00eda en la literatura. Finalmente, hemos desarrolaldo una nueva metodolog\u00eda para la funcionalizaci\u00f3n del nitrato de silicio para la fabricaci\u00f3n de un immunosensor electroqu\u00edmico y otro \u00f3ptico obteniendo resultados prometedores. La aportaci\u00f3n de todos estos nuevos dispositivos y metodolog\u00edas de funcionalizaci\u00f3n influir\u00e1 positivamente en la mejora de los procesos de caracterizaci\u00f3n,
