Las especies m\u00e1s frecuentemente identif icadas del g\u00e9nero corynebacterium fueron: c. Amycolatum (30,9 ), c. Striatum (13,5 ), c. Coyleae (10,9 ) y c. Jeikeium (9,3 ). Entre los corineformes no pertenecientes al g\u00e9nero corynebacterium predomin\u00f3: brevibacterium spp. (31,9 ), dermabacter homi nis (9,4 ) y gordona sputi (9,4 ). la concordancia de la identificaci\u00f3n fenot\u00edpica con el an\u00e1lisis de la fracci\u00f3n 16s del adn ribos\u00f3mico fue del 14,2  para el sistema api coryne\u00c2\u00bf v2.0, 70,0  para el sistema biolog\u00c2\u00bf gp2 y del 90,3  para el sistema api  coryne\u00c2\u00bf v2.0 con pruebas complementarias, pudiendo ser \u00e9ste \u00faltimo un m\u00e9todo adecuado para la identificaci\u00f3n de estos microorganismos. todos los aislados del g\u00e9nero corynebacterium fueron sensibles a vancomicina (cmi \u00ed\u00a72 mg\/l) y linezolida (cmi \u00ed\u00a71 mg \/l). Otros antibi\u00f3ticos significativamente activos fueron: \u00e1cido fus\u00eddico, telitromicina, tetraciclina y quinupristina\/dalfopristina. La tasa de resistencia a ampicilina fue superior al 90  en c. Amycolatum, c. Jeikeium y c. Urealyticum y menor del 6   en c. Coyleae, c. Aurimucosum, c. Ureicelerivorans, c. Striatum y c. Afermentans subsp. Afermentans. La resistencia global a los antibi\u00f3ticos fue mucho m\u00e1s alta en c. Urealyticum, c. Amycolatum, c. Jeikeium y c.Striatum mientras que fue m\u00e1s baja en  c. Afermentans subsp. Afermentans, c. Coyleae, c. Aurimucosum y c. Ureicelerivorans. se observ\u00f3 una alta tasa de resistencia a eritromicina (51,5-100 ) y a clindamicina (62,5-100 ) entre las diferentes especies identificadas haciendo poco recomendab le el tratamiento emp\u00edrico con estos antibi\u00f3ticos. El fenotipo de resistencia a antibi\u00f3ticos del grupo mlsb fue mlsb constitutivo (85,5 ), seguido del fenotipo m eflujo (6,6 ) y mlsb inducible (1,9 ). El gen erm(x) fue detectado en 88 de los 93 aisla dos con fenotipo de resistencia mlsb (94,6 ). las especies que m\u00e1s se asociaron a aislamiento con significado cl\u00ednico (definitivo y probable) fueron c. Jeikeium (84,2 ), c. Ureicelerivorans (83,3 ) y c. Urealyticum (75,0 ). Por el contrario, las espe cies con menor significado cl\u00ednico fueron c. Aurimucosum (25,0 ) y c. Amycolatum (38,0 ). Se observ\u00f3 una diferencia estad\u00edsticamente significativa (p = 0.000; or: 11,7; ic95 : 3,6-38,1) entre la evoluci\u00f3n favorable o no y el tratamiento
