Se presentan resultados experimentales de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas experimentales como son stm\/sts (microscop\u00eda de efecto t\u00fanel), ups\/xps (espectroscopia de fotoemisi\u00f3n) y nexafs (espectroscopia de absorci\u00f3n). Estas medidas han sido, adem\u00e1s, cumplimentadas con c\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos dft. El trabajo presenta el an\u00e1lisis de la interacci\u00f3n intermolecular del sistema formado por dos poliarenos como son: la bdg y la ntcdi definiendo el car\u00e1cter donor y aceptor de dichas mol\u00e9culas,  as\u00ed como el efecto que producen sobre el sustrato en que se depositan: una superficie met\u00e1lica de oro cristalino, au(111). Tambi\u00e9n ha sido objeto de estudio el efecto que produce un sustrato escalonado como el au(455) sobre la fase mixta de ambas mol\u00e9culas induciendo la aparici\u00f3n de nanohilos de
