El sistema utilizado fue el de micelas inversas formadas por sustancias anfifilicas. Conseguimos que la enzima fuese estable y conservase su actividad catalitica, optimizando y estudiando diversos factores del sistema de micelas inversas, que afectan a la cinetica enzimatica.  las enzimas halofilicas necesitan elevadas concentraciones de sal para mantener su actividad. En micelas logramos trabajar a muy baja fuerza ionica (0,1 m nacl), realizando un estudio de la actividad enzimatica en unas condiciones extremas para estas enzimas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
