Para ello, en la primera parte se delimita el alcance de esta etiqueta, se explica su evoluci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito europeo y los autores internacionales m\u00e1s representativos. Tambi\u00e9n se fija un inventario de temas caracter\u00edsticos de la novela cat\u00f3lica que permiten identificar su influencia efectiva: la importancia concedida al mal y al pecado como materia novel\u00edstica, la ambig\u00ed\u00bcedad entre el mal y el bien, la visi\u00f3n torturada del cristianismo y de la santidad, etc. la segunda parte de la tesis trata el proceso por el cual la novela cat\u00f3lica fue difundida y conocida en la catalunya de posguerra, y las muestras de recepci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica. Fue especialmente durante los a\u00f1os cincuenta, a trav\u00e9s de las traducciones espa\u00f1olas debido a la prohibici\u00f3n de publicar traducciones al catal\u00e1n, y los sesenta, ya en catal\u00e1n, que se introdujeron en catalunya las obras m\u00e1s representativas de los principales autores de novela cat\u00f3lica (georges bernanos, graham greene, fran\u00ed\u00a7ois mauriac, nikos kazantzakis, etc.). Se analiza tambi\u00e9n el impacto cr\u00edtico, muy importante sobre todo durante los a\u00f1os cincuenta, de este conjunto novel\u00edstico. en la tercera parte, finalmente, se lleva a cabo un an\u00e1lisis de les novelas catalanas que muestran un mayor grado de aproximaci\u00f3n a la novela cat\u00f3lica. En concreto, se concede especial \u00e9nfasis a las obras de joan sales, xavier benguerel y blai bonet; y otros autores con una coincidencia menos destacada con la corriente. La conclusi\u00f3n es que, efectivamente, se puede comprobar la existencia de un corpus novel\u00edstico catal\u00e1n que adapta muchos elementos tem\u00e1ticos procedentes de la novela cat\u00f3lica,
