Celia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de esta investigacion fue minimizar la dosis de ansiedad ante los examenes de ingles en los alumnos de bup del i.B. \u00abHermanos amoros\u00bb de villena en los horarios de diurno y nocturno desde la constatacion de la incidencia negativa de este factor en el aprovechamiento del proceso de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje. En dicha investigacion se presentan como causas que generan la ansiedad: las presentes tecnicas evaluativas y la actuacion del profesor.  se hipotetiza que el profesor puede reducir la ansiedad y aumentar el rendimiento y para ello se proponen tres tipos de estrategias metodologicas: una de tipo metaafectivo, otra de tipo metacognitivo y otra de tipo afectivo, y que van dirigidas a reducir los efectos negativos de los principales componentes de la ansiedad de test, a saber: emocionalidad y preocupacion.  dicha hipotesis solo se cumple en los alumnos que asisten a clases de diurno. Sin embargo, los estudiantes de horario nocturno descienden su ansiedad de test pero no aumentan su rendimiento.
