Sonsoles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Intentando mimetizar las condiciones en que se encuentran y funcionan las proteinas en el interior de las celulas, se disolvio y estudio el comportamiento de una enzima halofilica en un nuevo medio: las micelas inversas. La enzima investigada es la malato deshidrogenasa halofilica y como tal necesita para sobrevivir un medio con alta concentracion salina. El medio micelas utilizado fue surfactante ctab en disolvente ciclohexano con 1-butanol como cosurfactante. Se investigaron la influencia de factores especificos de los sistemas micelares inversos sobre la actividad de la enzima. Factores como metodo de inicio de la reaccion, valor de wo (relacion entre las concentraciones molares de agua y surfactante), concentracion de surfactante y cantidad de enzima. Se realizo el estudio cinetico de la hmdh en este sistema a varios phs y temperaturas de reaccion.
