Rosa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha realizado la sintesis eficaz de productos de pcr de mas de 5kb, comprobando que la hacen posible la ausencia de potasio y la sustitucion de tris por tricina. Se han obtenido varios productos de amplificacion mediante pcr a partir de adnc de s. Purpuratus, empleando cebadores dise\u00f1ados de acuerdo con los segmentos mas conservados de algunas de las proteinas mas conservadas del tgf-beta. La secuencia nucelotidica de varios de estos productos de pcr corresponde a dos nuevos miembros de la superfamilia a los que hemos denominado spdvr-1 y spdvr-2. El analisis de la similitud entre la proteina spdvr-1 y los restantes miembros de la superfamilia revela que pertenecen al grupo de los dvr, estando muy estrechamente relacionada con las bmp-7, bmp-6 y bmp-5 de vertebrados. Los miembros de la superfamilia mas afines a spdvr-2 parecen ser los genes de las bmp-2 y bmp-4 de vertebrados, asi como el de la proteina 60a de drosophila.
