El estudio de la sinteracciones cienodi\u00e1nmicas del gas asistente  ha revelado la importancia de \u00e9ste sobre proceso y la calidad de corte. Por tanto, se ha dise\u00f1ado, consturido y puesto a punto un nuevo concepto de cabezal de coste en el que mejora el sistema de inyecci\u00f3n del gas asistente por medio de una tobera supers\u00f3nica de secci\u00f3n rectangular. Los resultados obtenidos se han comparado con los obtenidos por medio de un cabezal comercial. La utlilizaci\u00f3n del nuevo cabezal ha permitido mejorar dr\u00e1sticamente la calidad de los cortes obtenidos as\u00ed como la velocidad del procesamiento. Se ha llevado a cabo la visualizaci\u00f3n del proceso, explor\u00e1ndose la influencia de los mecanismos f\u00edsicos invlucrados en la din\u00e1mica del  mismo. Los resultado sobtenidos sugirieron  enuna v\u00eda de optimizaci\u00f3n de la extracci\u00f3n del material fundido que ha permitido mejorar el nuevo sistema de inyecci\u00f3n de gas.
