Los modelos de innovaci\u00f3n definidos hasta la fecha establecen un marco te\u00f3rico que dotan a las empresas de referencia. El resultado del presente trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n proporciona un enfoque de soluciones operativas para la gesti\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n con la finalidad de complementar los trabajos de modelizaci\u00f3n existentes. El modelo se fundamenta en los pilares de dinamizaci\u00f3n, orquestaci\u00f3n y materializaci\u00f3n de manera que cada empresa pueda definir las actividades a acometer dentro de cada uno de los mismos llegando a generar las bases de su modelo integral de gesti\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n. Para ello, cada empresa debe identificar los mecanismos y herramientas m\u00e1s adecuados para dinamizar: construir cultura con  la finalidad de asegurar las condiciones necesarias para que la innovaci\u00f3n se sistematice; orquestar: generar la estructura de soporte que canalice dicho proceso de manera sistem\u00e1tica; y materializar: ejecutar proyectos de innovaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de equipos de innovaci\u00f3n o unidades aut\u00f3nomas no permanentes. Esto supone orquestar la actividad ordinaria junto a los nuevos retos que se plantean, lo que supone un cambio organizativo hacia estructuras flexibles, simples, integradas y que fomenten la generaci\u00f3n y compartici\u00f3n de conocimiento. Una de las particularidades del modelo es que este conjuga un marco te\u00f3rico junto a la operatividad del propio sistema, para lo que el modelo dota de una serie de herramientas y metodolog\u00edas flexibles y personalizables a la idiosincrasia de cada empresa para poder llevar a cabo un gesti\u00f3n eficiente de la innovaci\u00f3n, desarrollando m\u00e9todos que incidan en los aspectos clave
