Fernandez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Null la primera parte de esta tesis ha consistido en la puesta a punto de un m\u00e9todo de determinaci\u00f3n de adn y sulfonamidas empleando para ello un biosensor amperom\u00e9trico de peroxidasa.  en la segunda parte de este trabajo se han desarrollado diferentes ti pos de sensores electroqu\u00edmicos de adn que utilizan electrodos de oro modificados con monocapas autoensambladas y que se basan en diferentes estrategias de inmovilizaci\u00f3n de oligonucle\u00f3tidos sonda que emplean uniones covalentes a diferentes sustratos  modificados con monocapas: mpa previamente activada con edc\/nhss,  de dtsp y\/o oligonucle\u00f3tidos sonda tiolados o biotinilados para la obtenci\u00f3n de biosensores desechables de adn. por otra parte, se han desarrollado genosensores, basados en el empleo  de part\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas, para la detecci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica de una secuencia espec\u00edfica del gen lacz, caracter\u00edstico de la familia de las enterobacterias.   en la \u00faltima parte de esta tesis doctoral se aborda la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de nanoalam bres mixtos de n\u00edquel y oro para el control de
