Mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de varias t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas se ha podido obtener una imagen completa de los procesos que tienen lugar en estos sistemas.  para poder estudiar la complejaci\u00f3n del hg2+ con diferentes ligandos se ha desarrollado un nuevo m\u00e9todo voltamperom\u00e9trico utilizando el electrodo de disco rotatorio de au.  adem\u00e1s, la valoraci\u00f3n isot\u00e9rmica calorim\u00e9trica se ha aplicado en los estudios de reconocimiento molecular y formaci\u00f3n de los enlaces intermoleculares en el sistema de una porfirina de zn2+ con una serie de
