Entre los contaminantes estudiados se encuentras los hidrocarburos polic\u00edclicos arom\u00e1ticos (pahs), bifenilos policlorados (pcbs), \u00e9steres de ftalato (pes) y nonilfenoles (nps), mientras que las matrices a estudio son sedimentos de estuario, biota (ostras) y aguas naturales. En el caso de las matrices s\u00f3lidas se han optimizado t\u00e9cnicas de extracci\u00f3n basadas en la extracci\u00f3n asistida por microondas (mae), as\u00ed como la extracci\u00f3n con fluidos presurizados (pse). A su vez, en caso de las matrices s\u00f3lidas tambi\u00e9n se ha optimizado la etapa de limpieza mediante extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida (spe) y saponificaci\u00f3n asistida por microondas (mas). En lo que a las matrices acuosas se refiere, se ha optimizado la preconcentraci\u00f3n mediante microextracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida (spme), compar\u00e1ndose con los resultados obtenidos por spe. Finalmente, los m\u00e9todos desarrollados han sido aplicados a la monitorizaci\u00f3n de dichos contaminantes en muestras del estuario de urdaibai en bizkaia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
