Simplex, hace que sea necesario el desarrollo de robustas y sensibles metodolog\u00edas de identificaci\u00f3n de alergenos en alimentos. Para ello, se ha desarrollado, optimizado y patentado una metodolog\u00eda de detecci\u00f3n de a. Simplex en alimentos mediante qpcr con un l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n de 10 fg de adn y 40 ppm de a. Simplex en muestras.  por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n se ha desarrollado y optimizado una metodolog\u00eda inmunol\u00f3gica de detecci\u00f3n de a. Simplex que complementa la anteriormente desarrollada basada en pcr. Para ello, se ha expresado y purificado la tropomiosina recombinante de a. Simplex con el objetivo de obtener anticuerpos policlonales frente a este alergeno. Mediante estos anticuerpos se han desarrollado dos t\u00e9cnicas de detecci\u00f3n de la tropomiosina de a. Simplex; un dot-blot con un l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n de 10 g\/ml y un sensor basado en la tecnolog\u00eda spr con un l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n de 0,146 g\/ml.  actualmente, se han identificado nueve al\u00e9rgenos presentes en a. Simplex. Sin embargo, hoy en d\u00eda, no se conocen todos los al\u00e9rgenos de este par\u00e1sito, siendo fundamental la identificaci\u00f3n de nuevos alergenos que permitan dise\u00f1ar metodolog\u00edas de detecci\u00f3n del par\u00e1sito. Para ello, se ha construido una biblioteca de adnc del par\u00e1sito a. Simplex en el fago seguida de la primera construcci\u00f3n de una biblioteca de adnc en el fago pjufo descrita hasta el momento, que ha permitido mediante el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda phage display,
