{"id":98349,"date":"2018-03-11T10:19:08","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:19:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nanocapsulas-de-docetaxel-dirigidas-hacia-tmeff2-en-el-tratamiento-de-tumores\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:19:08","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:19:08","slug":"nanocapsulas-de-docetaxel-dirigidas-hacia-tmeff2-en-el-tratamiento-de-tumores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/farmacodinamia\/nanocapsulas-de-docetaxel-dirigidas-hacia-tmeff2-en-el-tratamiento-de-tumores\/","title":{"rendered":"Nanoc\u00e1psulas de docetaxel dirigidas hacia tmeff2 en el tratamiento de tumores"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Daniel Torrecilla Cillero <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La nanotecnolog\u00eda es un campo multidisciplinar que engloba investigaciones procedentes de la ingenier\u00eda, biolog\u00eda, f\u00edsica, qu\u00edmica y otros campos afines. centr\u00e1ndose en el sector de la biomedicina y el c\u00e1ncer, el desarrollo de nanosistemas se ha centrado en tres aspectos: identificaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de biomarcadores, implementaci\u00f3n de protocolos para la detecci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de esos biomarcadores y desarrollo de tecnolog\u00eda para la liberaci\u00f3n selectiva de f\u00e1rmacos dirigida por esos biomarcadores. Este tercer aspecto es el marco en el que se encuadra este trabajo. la nanotecnolog\u00eda ofrece alternativas o tratamientos complementarios a la terapia convencional de tumores en estad\u00edos tempranos. Estas aproximaciones se originan en el dise\u00f1o de nanoestructuras que act\u00faan de transportadores de un f\u00e1rmaco ligado o encapsulado para conseguir as\u00ed una liberaci\u00f3n controlada del mismo. por otro lado, una de las aproximaciones actualmente en estudio para el tratamiento de tumores en sistemas experimentales es el uso de conjugados f\u00e1rmaco-anticuerpo. Esta estrategia se basa en dirigir el inmunoconjugado con un anticuerpo de alta especificidad hacia un ant\u00edgeno tumoral concreto, y conseguir as\u00ed un efecto espec\u00edfico del f\u00e1rmaco en la c\u00e9lula tumoral. en este trabajo, tras seleccionar y validar tmeff2 como diana tumoral, se han desarrollado nanoc\u00e1psulas polim\u00e9ricas con base de quitosano con docetaxel encapsulado. Estas nanoc\u00e1psulas han sido funcionalizadas con un anticuerpo monoclonal anti-tmeff2 para ser dirigidas espec\u00edficamente hacia esta diana tumoral. Se ha evaluado esta estrategia in vivo e in vitro, mediante estudios comparativos en cultivos celulares en las l\u00edneas mcf7 (derivada de adenocarcinoma de mama) y a549 (derivada de carcinoma de pulm\u00f3n no microc\u00edtico) y en un modelo tumoral xenograft con la l\u00ednea a549 en ratones inmunocomprometidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
