T\u00edtulo de la tesis: biolog\u00eda reproductiva y gen\u00e9tica de poblaciones de dryopteris corleyi y sus especies parentales, un complejo diploide-poliploide resumen: la poliploid\u00eda es un mecanismo evolutivo frecuente en la naturaleza, especialmente entre los hel\u00e9chos. Estas plantas destacan, dentro de las plantas vasculares, por tener un sistema reproductivo particular con dos generaciones (gamet\u00f3fito y esporofita) independientes. El complejo integrado por tres hel\u00e9chos, el tetraploide dryopteris corleyi y los diploides o. Aemula y d. Oreades, representa un modelo interesante para estudiar el efecto evolutivo de las interacciones entre poliploid\u00eda y sistema reproductivo. Esta tesis est\u00e1 dividida en dos grandes bloques: gen\u00e9tica de poblaciones y biolog\u00eda -reproductiva. En el primer bloque se estudi\u00f3 la diversidad gen\u00e9tica contenida en poblaciones de estas especies con isoenzimas y microsat\u00e9lites. En el segundo bloque se cultivaron en laboratorio gamet\u00f3fitos de las tres especies para estudiar su expresi\u00f3n sexual bajo diferentes condiciones. La diversidad gen\u00e9tica de cada especie parece estar determinada por su historia evolutiva, que incluye c\u00edelos de extinci\u00f3n-recolonizaci\u00f3n en d. Aemula y di oreades, y un origen reciente en d. Corleyi. Por otro lado, los gamet\u00f3fitos de d.
