De estas cepas se seleccionaron las 106 obtenidas en ca\u00f1izal y en salamanca, 27 y 46 obtenidas de n\u00f3dulos, y 21 y 12 obtenidas de rizosfera respectivamente, para realizar un an\u00e1lisis de la diversidad, comprobando la eficacia de los diferentes m\u00e9todos estudiados para su aplicaci\u00f3n en el g\u00e9nero micromonospora. Una vez determinada la alta diversidad existente en los microorganismos aislados se seleccionaron representantes para realizar un an\u00e1lisis filogen\u00e9tico de los mismos que incluy\u00f3 adem\u00e1s del gen ribos\u00f3mico 16s, cuatro genes conservados que codifican para prote\u00ednas ampliamente utilizados en an\u00e1lisis de secuencias multilocus, gyrb, reca, atpd y rpob (adekambi et al., 2004; adekambi et al., 2006; gomila et al., 2007; richert et al., 2007; stackebrandt et al., 2007; guo et al., 2008; rivas et al., 2009). Tras el an\u00e1lisis de cada uno de estos genes de forma individual y concatenada, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el estudio de hibridaci\u00f3n de las cepas que pod\u00edan representar nuevas especies. Con ello se pudo observar que los datos obtenidos a partir de las secuencias del gen gyrb y del concatenado eran los que ten\u00edan una correlaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alta con los datos de hibridaci\u00f3n. El estudio fenot\u00edpico se llev\u00f3 a cabo sobre las 106 cepas de ca\u00f1izal y salamanca, completando con an\u00e1lisis de quimiotaxonomia para 15 cepas que posteriormente se confirmaron como
