De este modo, se centra en el estudio de las claves del discurso actual del liderazgo en las organizaciones educativas, pero en dos dimensiones, por un lado, el discurso de los diferentes agentes y por otro, la aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica del liderazgo -dicotom\u00eda entre teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica-.  el desarrollo de esta investigaci\u00f3n constituye un aporte al estudio del liderazgo desde una perspectiva novedosa que es el estudio del discurso y desde una metodolog\u00eda de orientaci\u00f3n eminentemente cualitativa. Se centra en comprender los fen\u00f3menos a trav\u00e9s de las interpretaciones y percepciones tanto del profesorado como desde la direcci\u00f3n, para ello se utilizan tres t\u00e9cnicas de obtenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n de forma complementaria -cuestionario, entrevistas y grupos de discusi\u00f3n-.  tras la triangulaci\u00f3n de los datos, los resultados obtenidos nos permiten profundizar en qu\u00e9 se entiende por liderazgo, qu\u00e9 caracteriza al l\u00edder y c\u00f3mo se comporta, qu\u00e9 papel juega el liderazgo dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n educativa, c\u00f3mo se percibe la formaci\u00f3n enfocada para dicho ejercicio y en el inter\u00e9s que despierta esta tem\u00e1tica en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.   a modo de conclusi\u00f3n, se observa que la complejidad se convierte en la nota definitoria del discurso actual del liderazgo en las organizaciones educativas , puesto que se trata de un discurso  intuitivo, poco motivante, lejano, limitado  y subrepticio, empa\u00f1ado por la incertidumbre, vaguedad, confusi\u00f3n, indefinici\u00f3n, imprecisi\u00f3n terminol\u00f3gica, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
