Se estudia el caso concreto de la facultad de educaci\u00f3n de la universitat internacional de catalunya (feuic). Se analiza la evoluci\u00f3n de los estudios sobre aprendizaje organizativo a nivel empresarial y m\u00e1s concretamente en el campo de los establecimientos educativos. Se estudian los factores que favorecen y que dificultan el aprendizaje organizativo en las universidades. Se elabora un cuestionario para analizar el estadio de aprendizaje organizativo de la facultad de educaci\u00f3n de la uic, y se relacionan propuestas de mejora del aprendizaje organizativo en la
