{"id":9865,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1996\/01\/01\/fisiologia-metabolica-de-la-menopausia\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"fisiologia-metabolica-de-la-menopausia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/fisiologia-metabolica-de-la-menopausia\/","title":{"rendered":"Fisiolog\u00eda metabolica de la menopausia."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Del Pilar Gaspar Nieto <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis se ha dedicado al estudio comparativo estado de menopausia y no menopausia en nuestro medio, asi como a la comparacion entre menopausia quirurgica y natural.  todo ello referido diversas facetas del metabolismo.  se han comparado los parametros correspondientes al metabolismo lipidico, hidrocarbonado, proteico, electrolitico y estres oxidativo de 35 mujeres menopausicas sin terapia hormonal sustitutiva (ths) y 25 no menopausicas de nuestro medio. Se ha evidenciado una ausencia de diferencias significativas entre ambos grupos en lo referente al metabolismo proteico, hidrocarbonado y estres oxidativo. Han aparecido notables diferencias en los parametros electroliticos, calcio y fosforo, que se elevan significativamente en el grupo menopausico, indicando la presencia de alteraciones a nivel oseo.  igualmente se han elevado de forma significativa tras la menopausia el colesterol total, el acido graso estearico y el monoinsaturado oleico, habiendose producido un descenso del acido graso poliinsaturado linoleico y de la alfa 5 desaturacion, todo ello unido al aumento significativo de la tension arterial sistolica correlacionado positivamente con el declive hormonal, hace que la menopausia se revele en esta serie como favorecedora del riesgo cardiovascular, aunque quiza en menor medida al compararla con otros trabajos, pues las hdl no se han modificado.  tambien se han comparado los perfiles hormonales, lipidicos y de parametros habituales en la practica clinica de 106 menopausicas naturales sin ths, frente a 105 menopausicas quirurgicas tambien sin ths. No ha habido diferencias significativas entre ambos grupos en los parametros estudiados, a excepcion de la calcemia, mas elevada en las oofectomizadas consecuencia de una probablemente mayor reabsorcion osea. En el estudio de correlacion entre hormonas y parametros lipidicos cabe destacar la presencia de correlaciones negativas entre gonadotropinas y cifras de triglicerido<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
