enzimas digestivas en respuesta a hormonas y neurotransmisores.  en este estudio se han marcado como objetivos determinar si la histamina moviliza      al actuar sobre estas celulas, caracterizar la movilizacion de      producida por          e histamina, y establecer si existe o no relacion entre intracelular     en celulas acinares estimuladas con       los resultados, obtenidos mediante elvorimetria en suspensiones celulares y mediante microscopia de fluorescencia en celulas individuales, indican que 1) la histamina no produce cambios apreciables en la concentracion de citosolico, 2) la y la ach producen cambios en la concentracion citosolica de        , posiblemente implicados en el proceso secretor, 3) estos agonistas acidifican trasitoriamente las celulas acinares, acidificacion que precisa la salida de     de los depositos internos y es parcialmente dependiente del      extracelular, 4) al menosparte de la de la membrana plasmatica, y 5) las oscilaciones de
