Las cepas referidas fueron los microorganismos de mayor capacidad elastolitica. Tras serotipar las cepas de d. Nodosus, se comprobo que las serovariedades que predominan en espa\u00f1a son: a1, a2 y c.  asimismo, elaboramos, con las cepas de d. Nodosus aisladas, cinco tipos de inmunopreparados vacunales.  estos, ademas de las vacunas comerciales (footvaxr e imoristellanr), fueron inoculados en un reba\u00f1o de ovejas.  la respuesta inmunitaria humoral que provocaron se detecto mediante la tecnica elisa indirecto. El preparado vacunal que ocasiono una mejor respuesta ultimo, se llevo a cabo la prueba de campo. Para ello inoculamos a un reba\u00f1o el inmunopreparado dn3.
