Julia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los vinos blancos jovenes de calidad disfrutan hoy dia de gran aceptacion en el mercado. Sus caracteres de baja graduacion, frescor y aroma afrutados han sido valorados positivamente por los consumidores, quienes han encontrado en este tipo de producto el complemento idoneo para sus habitos alimenticios.  para la consecucion de la calidad de estos vinos blancos jovenes hay que prestar especial atencion a tres niveles:  materia prima, tecnolog\u00eda de vinificacion y procesos de estabilizacion y conservacion.  a partir de los vinos recien elaborados y en cada una de las etapas del proceso de estabilizacion y conservacion, se han tomado muestras durante las campa\u00f1as 93\/94 y 94\/95.
