Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1. En esta tesis se han desarrollado nuevos metodos de determinacion de farmacos y de sus metabolitos.  2. Se estudia la fluorescencia de sulfametoxazol y las variables tanto quimicas como instrumentales que influyen en la se\u00f1al analitica.  3. Utilizando beta-ciclodextrina como medio organizado, se propone un metodo para la determinacion de sulfametoxazol y se aplica el procedimiento propuesto a diversas especialidades farmaceuticas.  4. Por otra parte, utilizando distintos metodos de calibracion nultivariante, se determinan en primer lugar diflunisal y acido saliclico, y se aplica el procedimiento a muestras de suero.  5.
