El uso de la espectrofotometria de primera y segunda derivada es ensayado, permitiendo evitar interferencias debidas al efecto matriz. Tanto en el caso de medidas de absorbancia como de se\u00f1ales derivadas, los metodos extracto-espectrofotometricos son mas sensibles y poseen limites de deteccion inferiores. Los metodos citados se aplican el analisis de aguas y formulaciones. Las mezclas binarias carbofurano-carbaril y carbofurano-fenamifos pueden resolverse, en disolucion acuosa o en sus extractos en cloroformo, mediante espectrofotometria de derivadas, haciendo uso de la tecnica del zero-crossing.  tanto estas mezclas binarias como la ternaria carbofurano-carbaril-fenamifos pueden resolverse, en disolucion acuosa o en sus extractos en cloroformo, mediante espectrofotometria de derivadas, haciendo uso de la tecnica del zero-crossing. Tanto estas mezclas binarias como la ternaria carbofurano-carbaril-fenamifos pueden resolver se aplicando distintos metodos de analisis multivariante (cls, pcr, pls1 y pls2), usando matrices de respuesta construidas bien a partir de espectros de absorcion o de sus derivados de primer orden. Todos estos metodos se han aplicado a muestras binarias y ternarias de los analitos en agua. Se comparan los metodos mediante analisis de varianza. Se proponen asimismo metodos para la determinacion por separado o conjunta de carbofurano carbaril y fenobucarb, mediante voltametria diferencial de pulsos, previa hidroliis a sus derivados fenolicos, usando electrodo de glassy-carbon, que se aplican a formulaciones en combinacion con el pls1.
