Este estudio emp\u00edrico analiza la influencia del lt sobre algunos de los constructos motivacionales m\u00e1s estudiados, a saber: creencia de autoeficacia, activaci\u00f3n de necesidades, estados psicol\u00f3gicos cr\u00edticos (consciencia, responsabilidad y significado del trabajo), percepci\u00f3n de instrumentalidad, percepci\u00f3n de equidad y motivaciones intr\u00ednsecas y extr\u00ednsecas. El estudio se basa en una muestra de 854 personas (cuatro organizaciones chilenas y dos espa\u00f1olas) a quienes se les aplic\u00f3 los cuestionarios ash-mot y ash-lid, este \u00faltimo basado en el multifactor leadership questionnaire (mlq). Los an\u00e1lisis de correlaci\u00f3n y regresi\u00f3n muestran una fuerte asociaci\u00f3n del lt sobre el constructo general de la motivaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s no necesariamente sobre cada uno de los
