La utilizaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda de la dag, puesta a punto en nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n, permite modular la estructura del grupo sulfinilo para conseguir una buena inducci\u00f3n asim\u00e9trica de forma r\u00e1pida, altamente convergente y econ\u00f3mica.         en esta tesis doctoral, se presentan los resultados que se han obtenido en: i) la utilizaci\u00f3n del grupo isopropilsulfinilo como auxiliar quiral en la reacci\u00f3n de corey-chaykovsky y en la s\u00edntesis enantioselectiva de un nuevo calciomim\u00e9tico, el nps r-568 y su an\u00e1logo trifluorometilado, ii) la utilizaci\u00f3n de sulf\u00f3xidos con simetr\u00eda c1 y bisulf\u00f3xidos con simetr\u00eda c2 como catalizadores en organocat\u00e1lisis, y iii) la s\u00edntesis de sulf\u00f3xidos biar\u00edlicos con quiralidad axial, utilizando un acoplamiento diastereoselectivo de suzuki-miyaura.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
