Para modelizar la intercara, se emplearon elementos cohesivos en la intercara entre la fibra y la matriz. Los valores utilizados en la modelizaci\u00f3n de la intercara fueron obtenidos a trav\u00e9s de ensayos de \u00c2\u00bfpush-out\u00c2\u00bf, los cuales fueron realizados en el max-planck institute for plasma physic dentro del proyecto extremat. Dichos datos fueron introducidos en los elementos cohesivos que tiene incorporado el software de elementos finitos de abaqus&#61666;.  otro importante factor en el comportamiento de los materials compuestos, es el fen\u00f3meno de fluencia lenta (creep) que experimenta el material cuando se encuentra a alta temperatura. Es por ello, que se ha incluido una ley potencial para describir dicho comportamiento en el cobre.  adem\u00e1s, el trabajo tambi\u00e9n incluye la modelizaci\u00f3n del comportamiento del material compuesto sometido a carga c\u00edclica y temperatura constante. Para este an\u00e1lisis, se han empleado dos modelos de viscoplasticidad. El primero de ellos es el modelo desarrollado por chaboche, y el segundo, es un modelo viscoplastico unificado, el cual considera que no hay separaci\u00f3n entre la parte plastica y la parte de fluencia lenta (creep) dentro de la ecuaci\u00f3n consitutiva.  el modelo viscoplastico utilizado es el propuesto por artz y col., Y est\u00e1 basado en el desarrollo de chaboche para el endurecimiento cinem\u00e1tico as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n en el endurecimiento isotr\u00f3pico introducido por lemaitre.  los modelos viscoplastico unificados son utilizados para mejorar la descripci\u00f3n del comportamiento del material cuando experimentan cargas termo-mec\u00e1nicas. La capacidad del modelo mencionado para describir dicho comportamiento, es demostrada en el cobre puro y en dos aleaciones de cobre.
