Para ello, primero se han validado una serie de estrategias computacionales que mejoran la descripcion de dichos sistemas. En una segunda etapa del trabajo, se han estudiado a traves del empleo de diversas tecnicas simulativas, algunos de los factores que modulan el reconocimiento molecular en los sistemas anteriormente citados.  a partir de los resultados obtenidos, se ha podido comprobar la elevada de este tipo de tecnicas para describir las propiedades de los sistemas
