En estado deshinchado se forman estructuras cristalinas a altas concentraciones, mientras que en estado hinchado sorprendentemente el orden local de las suspensiones de part\u00edculas se degrada al aumentar la densidad de part\u00edculas; el sistema se puede concentrar hasta alcanzar situaciones en que las part\u00edculas se deforman y finalmente se deshinchan, manteniendo el car\u00e1cter fluido en todo momento. Hasta la fecha no se hab\u00edan realizado estudios de transiciones de fase con este tipo de sistemas de microgel i\u00f3nico de gran tama\u00f1o y car\u00e1cter blando. La segunda parte de este trabajo consiste en la construcci\u00f3n de un dispositivo de dispersi\u00f3n de luz a bajo \u00e1ngulo en el que se utiliza una ccd como detector de la luz dispersada, y cuyo software ha sido programado en un entorno visual. Este positivo permite estudiar sistemas con distancias caracter\u00edsticas elevadas y procesos din\u00e1micos lentos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
