Hay distintas fuentes de informaci\u00f3n y la mayour\u00eda de ellas han sido ya estudiadas a fondo individualmente. Sin embargo, actualmente los investigadores est\u00e1n enfocando sus estudios en el an\u00e1lisis conjunto de diferentes tipos de informaci\u00f3n. Aqu\u00ed, datos de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica y de n\u00famero de copias de adn han sido analizados conjuntamente en el intento de encontrar genes diana cuyos cambios puedan producir errores en el funcionamiento celular.  esta tesis se centra principalmente en los pasos del an\u00e1lisis de datos de n\u00famero de copias de adn y su influencia final sobre la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica. la importancia de un cambio en n\u00famero de copias viene dada por la influencia  en su expresi\u00f3n, en la de otros y en el funcionamiento final de la c\u00e9lula.  como primer paso, un algoritmo para obtenter las se\u00f1ales de los arrays de n\u00famero de copias fue implementado. Este m\u00e9todo fue desarrollado basado en las caracter\u00edsticas espec\u00edficas de estos arrays. Una vez las se\u00f1ales son conocidas, \u00e9stas han de ser escaladas a valores de n\u00famero de copias. Se ha implementado un m\u00e9todo que busca la zonas normales de muestras tumorales y que usa estas regiones para calcular el factor de escalado. Finalmente, se realiza\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis conjunto de estos datos y de los de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica. Un problema de este tipo de an\u00e1lisis es que la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica de cada gen es un proceso complejo afectado por diferentes factores, no s\u00f3lo el n\u00famero de copias.
