Los m\u00e9todos propuestos utilizan distintos criterios de optimizaci\u00f3n e implementan diversos paradigmas computacionales, desde el an\u00e1lisis de componentes principales, hasta algoritmos evolutivos o la l\u00f3gica difusa.  respecto al an\u00e1lisis de textos biom\u00e9dicos, en esta memoria se presentan dos contribuciones: una herramienta web de c\u00f3digo abierto para la anotaci\u00f3n colaborativa de textos biom\u00e9dicos con la asistencia de herramientas de textmining, y un clasificador basado en regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica, para la identificaci\u00f3n
