Teniendo en cuenta estos requerimientos, se ha realizado un estudio te\u00f3rico de los fundamentos de la t\u00e9cnica. Este estudio proporciona informaci\u00f3n acerca de los par\u00e1metros a controlar por el sistema y ayuda a definir la arquitectura del sistema.  el dise\u00f1o propuesto est\u00e1 formado por diferentes m\u00f3dulos independientes, cada uno de los cuales es estudiado independientemente. Se detalla tambi\u00e9n la soluci\u00f3n final para la implementaci\u00f3n hardware de cada uno de los subsistemas. Una vez que los diferentes m\u00f3dulos han sido implementados, todos los componentes se integran para dar lugar al sistema opto-mec\u00e1nico. Adicionalmente se ha dise\u00f1ado y desarrollado una aplicaci\u00f3n software para controlar autom\u00e1ticamente el sistema. El prototipo final es por tanto resultado de la integraci\u00f3n de las plataformas hardware y software.  la parte final del trabajo contiene la validaci\u00f3n del sistema. La versatilidad del prototipo en la generaci\u00f3n de patrones se ha demostrado satisfactoriamente, al igual que su capacidad para modificar diferentes materiales. Concretamente se han estructurado tres materiales: un pol\u00edmero fotosensible, un semiconductor y un material cer\u00e1mico.  por tanto, el prototipo desarrollado en este trabajo demuestra que la litograf\u00eda por interferencia l\u00e1ser puede emplearse m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de laboratorios de investigaci\u00f3n y que es una t\u00e9cnica prometedora para la fabricaci\u00f3n rentable de
