Sin embargo, el menor numero de etapas cromatograficas requeridas en esta ultima aproximacion consigue que los rendimientos globales sean similares:  3) la introduccion de una restriccion conformacional adecuada en un peptido lineal con vistas a mimetizar una cierta subestructura proteica puede mejorar su comportamiento inmunogenico, tal como se ha demostrado con un peptido ciclico
