Este estudio se centra en estos procesos morfogen\u00e9ticos en la aleta caudal. Concretamente, se analizan los componentes colag\u00e9nicos de aquellas estructuras esquel\u00e9ticas presentes en este modelo. los elementos esquel\u00e9ticos de las aletas son lepidotriquia y actinotriquia. Su naturaleza colag\u00e9nica y su origen morfogen\u00e9tica son analizadas mediante diferentes t\u00e9cnicas como inmunolocalizaci\u00f3n, hibridaci\u00f3n in situ, pcr semicuantitativa, identificaci\u00f3n proteica, inhibici\u00f3n por morfolinos y estudio de mutantes, en primer lugar se elabor\u00f3 una metodolog\u00eda de procesado histol\u00f3gico para procesar muestras de dificultad histol\u00f3gica, con el objetivo de combinar t\u00e9cnicas de localizaci\u00f3n proteica y expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica. El protocolo obtenido se corrobor\u00f3 mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n en toda una serie de muestras de cierta dificultad histol\u00f3gica y con anticuerpos de diferentes requerimientos de fijaci\u00f3n. en segundo lugar se analiz\u00f3 la naturaleza colag\u00e9nica de los elementos esquel\u00e9ticos de la aleta, determin\u00e1ndose que las actinotriquias est\u00e1n formadas por col\u00e1genos i y ii y las lepidotriquias por col\u00e1genos tipo i, ii, v, xxiv y xxvii. Adem\u00e1s, se demostr\u00f3 la expresi\u00f3n y funci\u00f3n de genes involucrados en la s\u00edntesis de los col\u00e1genos sobre estas estructuras. El gen lisil hidroxilasa 1 demostr\u00f3 ser espec\u00edfico de actinotriquias y ser esencial para su s\u00edntesis. por \u00faltimo, se identificaron los col\u00e1genos fibrilares del pez cebra y se demostr\u00f3 su expresi\u00f3n de algunos en la aleta. Adem\u00e1s se identificaron formas alternativas de ciertos col\u00e1genos que solo est\u00e1n presentes en este grupo de vertebrados hipotetizando se su funci\u00f3n en la formaci\u00f3n de tejidos
