Se presenta asimismo, una aproximacion conceptual al gobierno universitario proponiendo un marco para su estudio en el caso espa\u00f1ol.  en la segunda parte se describe la genealogia y desarrollo del gobierno universitario a partir del analisis de cuatro etapas historicas que cubren la evolucion de la universidad en espa\u00f1a. En la tercera parte se ofrece una interpretacion de la problematica actual del gobierno universitario y de sus tendencias.  finalmente se sistematiza un apartado conclusivo el cual presenta una serie
