estudio del entorno lip\u00ed\u00acdico de una prote\u00edna de membrana, la lactosa permeasa de escherichia coli. la caracterizaci\u00f3n de este entorno as\u00ed como la determinaci\u00f3n de los requerimientos lip\u00ed\u00acdicos para el correcto funcionamiento y plegamiento de la prote\u00edna se han llevado a cabo a partir del uso de t\u00e9cnicas como son la microscopia de fuerza at\u00f3mica y la espectroscopia de fluorescencia. los estudios realizados a lo lardo de la tesis han permitido caracterizar la regi\u00f3n anular de la lactosa permeasa, caracterizar las propiedades fisicoqu\u00ed\u00acmicas de los l\u00edpidos que biomimetizan el entorno de la prote\u00edna, as\u00ed como la inserci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna en sustratos planos para la realizaci\u00f3n de
