El debate al respecto es intenso, y se ha centrado en determinar cual es la mejor forma de evaluar este impacto, si a nivel individual sobre el rendimiento de los trabajadores (arthur et al., 2003) o si a nivel organizacional sobre diferentes indicadores de resultado global de la empresa (bartel, 1994; delaney y huselid, 1996; khatri, 2000; barret y o&apos;connel, 2001; batt, 2002; arag\u00f3n et al. 2003; zwick, 2006; katou y budhwar, 2007; nikandrou et al., 2008); si la formaci\u00f3n tiene un efecto positivo por s\u00ed sola o si el impacto se obtiene s\u00f3lo cuando la formaci\u00f3n va acompa\u00f1ada de otras pr\u00e1cticas de recursos humanos (huselid, 1995; delery y doty, 1996; bae y lawler, 2000; guest et al., 2003). sin embargo, no hay una evidencia emp\u00edrica concluyente, los resultados son con frecuencia d\u00e9biles y en ocasiones ambiguos.
