No obstante, la implantaci\u00f3n de estrategias para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n centrada al paciente al nivel organizacional recibi\u00f3 menos atenci\u00f3n en investigaci\u00f3n y la pr\u00e1ctica. En este contexto, este estudio pretende evaluar si las estrategias para la mejora de la atenci\u00f3n centrada al paciente est\u00e1n asociadas y\/o facilitadas por los sistemas de la mejora de la calidad en hospitales europeos. Los hallazgos del presente trabajo sugieren que las estrategias de la atenci\u00f3n centrada al paciente y los sistemas para la mejora de la calidad asistencial est\u00e1n parcialmente asociadas, sin embargo, los \u00faltimos no son suficientes para garantizar la implantaci\u00f3n de las estrategias de la atenci\u00f3n centrada al paciente por toda la organizaci\u00f3n hospitalaria. Diferencias entre la implantaci\u00f3n al nivel estrat\u00e9gica y al nivel del departamento apuntan a otros factores facilitadores o factores externos que potencialmente influyen la adaptaci\u00f3n de un enfoque centrada en el paciente.
