La determinacion de los aniones absorbentes se ha llevado a cabo mediante cromatografia ionica con deteccion ultravioleta directa. Para poder determinar todos los aniones a la vez se ha utilizado deteccion conductimetrica sin supresion y deteccion ultravioleta indirecta. Tambien se ha optimizado la separacion de los aniones por electroforesis capilar con deteccion ultravioleta indirecta utilizando diversos modificadores de flujo electroosmotico.  la complejidad de diferentes tipos de muestras en las cuales se encuentran los aniones a concentraciones muy diferentes obliga al desarrollo de metodos de eliminacion de los compuestos interferentes para determinar los que se encuentran en menor concentracion. Para ello se han establecido procedimientos en discontinuo que emplean resinas de intercambio cationico en forma de plata para la eliminacion de cloruro y en forma de bario para eliminar sulfato. Tambien se han puesto a punto procedimientos en continuo utilizando sistemas de acoplamiento de dos columnas mediante transferencia directa o transferencia a traves de un bucle. Las metodolog\u00edas propuestas se han aplicado al analisis de aniones inorganicos en aerosoles y en sedimentos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
