Sin embargo, se conoce muy poco hasta ahora acerca de la potencialidad de diferenciaci\u00f3n de las ascs en sistemas de cultivo tridimensionales utilizando biomateriales a base de fibrina y agarosa. Estos materiales usados como andamios han mostrado excelentes resultados con la generaci\u00f3n de piel, mucosa oral y c\u00f3rneas artificiales utilizando c\u00e9lulas del mismo tejido. En este trabajo de tesis doctoral, hemos evaluado las capacidades de transdifferentiation de ascs cultivadas e inmersas en dicho biomaterial mediante an\u00e1lisis histol\u00f3gico, histoqu\u00edmico, de inmunofluorescencia y de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica. Nuestros resultados mostraron que el biomaterial tridimensional de fibrina-agarosa  es altamente biocompatible con las c\u00e9lulas derivadas de tejido adiposo y que no s\u00f3lo permite el proceso de transdiferenciaci\u00f3n de \u00e9stas a las estirpes osteog\u00e9nica, condrog\u00e9nica, adipog\u00e9nica y neurog\u00e9nica., Sino que al parecer aumenta y mejora el proceso de
