A trav\u00e9s de diversas t\u00e9cnicas de ingenier\u00eda tisular se ha generado \u00f3rganos y tejidos con potencial terape\u00fatico en medicina y odontolog\u00eda. Parte fundamental de los procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n y control de calidad de sustitutos artificiales generados por ingenier\u00edas tisular es el an\u00e1lisis histol\u00f3gico. En esta tesis doctoral se pretende generar una t\u00e9cnica histol\u00f3gica que reduzca el tiempo de obtenci\u00f3n de la muestra del tejido generado mediante ingenier\u00eda tisular sometido a procesamiento histol\u00f3gico. El fundamento sugiere mantener la estructura y la composici\u00f3n bioqu\u00edmica del tejido artificial a trav\u00e9s de criofijaci\u00f3n empleando oct (optimal cutting temperature). El objetivo principal es obtener una im\u00e1gen histol\u00f3gica libre de desgarres y espacios que se generan al emplear t\u00e9cnicas de criofijaci\u00f3n convencionales. Con estas t\u00e9cnicas novedosas de criofijaci\u00f3n se evitar\u00eda la generaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes deformadas, debida principalmente a la formaci\u00f3n de cristales de hielo en constructos con estructura de hidrogel que alteran y destruyen la estructura del tejido artificial. El desarrollo de estos protocolos pretende tambi\u00e9n reducir el tiempo de procesamiento de las muestras de los tejidos generados de forma artificial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
