Partiendo de una teoria sociologica concreta, se ha analizado el discurso educativo instruccional y el discurso educativo regulativo para ver su plasmacion en la realidad, comprobar el grado de relacion entre uno y otro y observar las implicaciones del tipo de discurso elegido y la tipolog\u00eda del alumnado.  concretando en los resultados, hemos podido observar la igualdad, en lineas generales, del discurso educativo de los centros de ense\u00f1anza analizados. Se han observado diferencias en funcion del grado (primaria\/secundaria).  por otro lado, y a nivel de las practicas educativas que se llevan a cabo en el aula, hemos comprobado la influencia en las mismas del nivel de ense\u00f1anza y, tambien, la intima relacion entre practica educativa instruccional y regulativa. Por otra parte, no hemos podido saber si las caracteristicas sociales de alumnos y docentes influyen en el tipo de practica educativa vivida en el aula, aunque ciertos resultados apuntan en sentido
