Resumen la presente investigación tiene por objeto la justicia y el derecho en el pensamiento de aristóteles, estudiados con la metodología post-estructuralista de roland barthes. Comprende seis capítulos. en el cap. I ¿introducción: método¿ presentamos y delimitamos nuestro trabajo: la teoría de la justicia y la idea del derecho en la filosofía de aristóteles. En el cap. Ii ¿corpus, textos¿ nos acercamos a la obra de aristóteles en círculos concéntricos que estrechamos progresivamente. Primero, damos una visión muy general de su vida y su obra. Después, realizamos un recorrido por su producción reconocida y conservada: lógica, retórica, poética, física, cosmología, zoología, psicología, metafísica, política y ética. en el cap. Iii ¿textos relativos a la justicia y el derecho¿ seleccionamos cuatro textos: retórica, constitución de atenas, política y ética nicomaquea. En esos cuatro textos encontramos lo que llamamos menciones, tematizaciones y sistematizaciones de la justicia y el derecho y otros términos relacionados (por ejemplo, ley, constitución, derechos, etc.). en adelante, en el cap. Iv ¿análisis e interpretación¿, nuestro trabajo consiste en rastrear y localizar esos términos, en esos cuatro textos, y detectar y examinar las relaciones que el filósofo establece entre ellos, así como las aplicaciones que realiza de los mismos. En otras palabras, pretendemos hacernos con el vocabulario aristotélico relativo a la justicia y el derecho, así como con su sintaxis, semántica y pragmática. finalmente, exponemos los ¿resultados¿ (cap. V) y las ¿conclusiones¿ (cap. Vi) de nuestra investigación. Esta incluye además un epílogo, ¿aristóteles, otra vez¿, y un anexo, ¿sistema y justicia tributarios en aristóteles¿. abstract the aim of this thesis is to study justice and law in aristotle¿s thought by using the post-structural method of roland barthes. Our research covers six chapters. in chapter i, ¿introduction: method¿, we introduce the subject , the theory of justice and the idea of law in aristotle¿s philosophy, and the method of our research. In chapter ii, ¿corpus, texts¿, we approach aristotle¿s work by describing concentric circles. First, we offer a general view of his life and works. Afterwards, we overview his recognized and preserved works: logic, rhetoric, poetics, physics, cosmology, zoology, psychology, metaphysics, politics and ethics. in chapter iii, ¿texts on justice and law¿, we choose four texts: rhetoric, constitution of athens, politics and nicomachean ethics. In these four texts we find what we call ¿mentions¿, ¿themes¿ and ¿systematisations¿ of justice and law and another related terms (for example: laws, constitution, rights,…) in chapter iv,¿analysis and interpretation¿, we point out these terms in those four texts and we examine how aristotle uses them: how he relates and how he applies these terms. In other words, we try to establish the aristotelian vocabulary about justice and law, and also its syntax, its semantics and its pragmatics. finely, we state our ¿results¿ (chapter v) and our ¿conclusions¿ (chapter vi). Our research includes also an epilogue, ¿aristotle again¿, and an appendix, ¿tax system and justice in aristotle¿.
