The organizational systems, the technical systems, the associated processes and products and services, form a whole. That is to say, the organizations require of their systems and processes to produce their goods: products or services, and of these last ones to sell them and to satisfy their economic objectives as well as the needs of their clients. this general interrelation means from the point of view of the creation and the organizational recreation that, the design of products and services, it requires of the design of its associated productive processes or servitude, and in relation to it, the design of its respective technical systems to produce them or to serve them, and for those and these last ones, the design of its respective organizational systems is required, to structure them, to manage them and to direct them for strategic targets. with those foundations, the present thesis is included in the context of the engineering of projects, where a model for the formulation of projects appears. In that context, appears the requirement of a special methodologic proposal for the detailed design of projects. and, on the other hand, appears the problematic one of the establishment of this special methodology for the detailed design of projects expensive to its intensification in the projects of the organizational and technical scope appears related to the introduced aspects: ¿ the organizational design. ¿ the design of systems. ¿ the design of processes. ¿ the product design. ¿ the design of services. reason why it is justified and one settles down as objectives not only the establishment of a special methodology for the detailed design of projects generally, but also, an intensification of that methodologic proposal for the formulation of projects of organization, systems, processes, products and services. So that it is allowed: ¿ the design integrated of: organization, system, process, product and service. ¿ the design integrated of: system, process, product. ¿ the design integrated of: system, process, service. ¿ the design disintegrated of: product-process. ¿ the design disintegrated of: service-process. ¿ the design disintegrated of: process-system. in conjunction, one settles down, also, the applicability of the propose methodology by means of its support with telematics systems. and finally, its application and validation in the real scope: as much in the educational atmosphere as in the professional.
